Cancellation And Refund Policies

Below are our cancellation and refund policies:

1. Due to your change in plans, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

4. If you have to cancel your reservation, we would offer you a credit to your account with us if you cancel before 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds.
   
5. You may use these credits for any future reservation dates.

7. However, if you do not cancel prior to 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the reservation.

9. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

11. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee.

13. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% fee.

15. I understand that reservations are nonrefundable.

17. I understand that I can not transfer to a friend.
